UGH! Software issues.
I'm going to be exhausted tomorrow...because of that I'm flaking on the first "team" meeting. Hope you guys check your email in the AM.
Schedule for this week:
Monday - Run/Walk (use mp3)
Tuesday - Walk for 30 minutes, first and last 5 are warm-up/cool-down
Wednesday- Run/Walk (use mp3)
Thursday- Rest Day
Friday- Walk for 30 minutes, first and last 5 are warm-up/cool-down
Saturday- Run/Walk (use mp3)
Sunday- Rest Day
